Community Gardens Ireland are a volunteer national organisation who support community growers across the country.

Along with helping to support new and existing gardens, one activity that we are particularly passionate about is on making submissions and proposing solutions to help improve the provision of allotments and community gardens across Ireland.

In recent weeks, Community Gardens Ireland were invited to make a written submission to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on the Environment and Climate Action regarding the Sustainable Development Goals and on our recent activities. Our committee worked together to create the below document.
