Alliance for Insurance Reform, Community Gardens & Allotments

Posted on: 11/01/2024

Insurance and funding for insurance is something that we know comes up from time to time from discussions within allotment and community gardening groups across Ireland.

Community Gardens Ireland have been in contact with the Alliance for Insurance Reform, who are looking to hear from communities across Ireland.

If the cost of insurance is something that is adversely impacting you, check out the details below:

In conjunction with the Alliance for Insurance Reform, we are looking to hear from people who have been adversely impacted by insurance in terms of the work you do, or the services you provide in your community.

If this is you, then please contact the Alliance for Insurance Reform at brian@insurancereform.ie

  1. We are a group of individuals located in County Carlow and hopefully soon to be in a position to channel our energies to a garden project in a local community setting in an urban Carlow Town location. We are about to apply for grant assistance and seek a contact who can help us with our endeavours.

    1. Hi there, many apologies for the delay responding, did you find a contact? Our suggestions would be Carlow Local Development Partnership (SICAP) or the Community section at Carlow County Council.
